On October 25-26, 2016, Guardian Mid-South joined the Tennessee Community Organizers at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN for their annual fall conference.

“Our Lives, Our Communities”
There were approximately 300 community organizers at the conference this year. Chris Crouch, an expert in leadership development consulting, spoke at the opening session about the “Art and Science of Helping Non-Profits Flourish.” In this session, participants learned how to optimize human performance and career satisfaction and how to integrate specific ideas for flourishing into their leadership and strategic planning strategies. Those in attendance walked away encouraged and motivated in their careers.
Guardian Mid-South had many discussions with providers about pharmaceutical services. The obstacles these amazing care givers face are demanding. However, with a supportive pharmacy they can overcome these challenges. They need a pharmacy that will listen and try to understand their unique problems. Once the pharmacy truly understands the problem, coming up with a solution becomes easier.
The team at Guardian Pharmacy Mid-South is willing to take the time to understand the challenges that care givers have within the DIDD community. We want to partner with care givers to help make medication time efficient and make sure what the doctor ordered is there on time.
